Buon giorno, Renato!
Ok, I consulted the lawyer, and she said, that according to the new Tax Code of Ukraine it is 200% likely that you will have to pay 19% (17%+2%) tax rate. The notary could tell you in more details.
So, it looks like that now the income is not taxed if it is less than 10 *min.salary (UAH 960 (for April 1st, 2011)) 10*960= UAH 9600 - that is not taxed. What is more is taxed according to the above mentioned tax rate. The notary can calculate everything at place.
But first the sales sum should be figured out. For this you turn to BTI (Bureau of Technical Inventory Making). The person from BTI evaluates your property (that's cost of the place + building materials used). The sum that comes out is the minimal, starting sum for your flat. The notary, considering this sum, calculates the tax sum for your sales transaction. If you want to have your flat sold, you have this tax rate estimated, then you pay it and get the receipt. According to new rules only after you give the receipt to the notary, she/he starts to perform the sales transaction and execute other documents.
